The office to contact depends on who created the record and which custody system was involved. Kent County Detention Center is the direct local source for its own booking and release records. The Sheriff’s Office maintains separate law-enforcement records, while court, state-corrections, supervision, federal, and immigration questions go to their respective agencies.
